MORE TH>N multiplies prospecting success with Acxiom

~ Insurer re-signs contract to make customer data more intelligent and improve acquisition and retention ~

MORE TH>N, the direct arm of insurance giant RSA, has renewed its contract with Acxiom to help increase its marketing success with improved insight into new and existing clients.

The insurer has re-engaged on a long-term basis with the global interactive marketing services provider to help it significantly increase their volume of cost-effective sales as well as managing its customer and prospect data more intelligently. In doing this, MORE TH>N anticipates that it will also improve cross-sell and upsell opportunities and increase flexibility in multi-channel marketing campaigns.

“Marketing to the right people at the right time is a key part of our strategy and an essential component of growing our business,” said Peter Markey, Head of Marketing at MORE TH>N. “With an ever-increasing focus on online channels, we needed to find a strategic partner that could help us achieve our acquisition goals across multiple channels. Acxiom and MORE TH>N have created a ‘prospect pool’ of potential clients, who are then targeted with specific marketing campaigns to attract them to the company. Acxiom also provides analytical support to help MORE TH>N continue to better model its data, so that prospective customers are approached with the offers that most appeal to them, via the most attractive and appropriate medium.

On the re-signing of the contract Markey stated: “The prospect pool is now driving an intelligence-based DM programme that is gathering pace all the time. This project is a joint partnership initiative with Acxiom and is helping MORE TH>N achieve its growth potential by bringing in data-driven cost effective sales”.
