E-commerce specialist Avail Intelligence is launching its G8 eMarketing Suite throughout Europe. Now an enterprise-level package, the faster, more robust, community intelligence solution is more capable of handling larger data volumes in real-time than any other comparable solution in the world.

Boasting improvements to the rating and reviews module, G8 now includes a Q&A function, helping retailers to improve the customer interaction process. Building on this, the suite now also introduces user-moderated behaviour, recognising the importance of social networks to retailers in generating reviews of products purchased online.

Avail has further developed G8 with improvements to the software’s multi-lingual capabilities and language support, which now includes Asian languages. Based on a set of proprietary analytical algorithms, it can generate up to 5,000 predictive real-time recommendations per second using collective intelligence and customer behaviour. Applying rules and filters, it is possible to improve the purchase process by not recommending out of stock products, or those that have previously been bought by the customer.
