Optima Legal completes d3 legal acquisition

The deal to acquire d3 Legal, the volume business of Dickinson Dees LLP, by Optima Legal has been finalised. The sale was part of the strategic decision to separate out the volume business from Dickinson Dees.

Following the acquisition, Optima Legal now has over 900 employees based across its four locations in Bradford, Glasgow and Newcastle.

As the market consolidates, Optima Legal is focused on continuing to meet the needs of the financial services and commercial markets. It aims to grow the business through strategic acquisition, entering new sectors and extending its product range.
