Emailvision announces first half revenues performance for 2009
Emailvision, the global market and technology leader in software as a service (SaaS) for email marketing, has announced its revenues performance for the first half of 2009

Revenues for the first half of 2009 reached €13.2 million, a year on year increase of 31%. At constant exchange rates, the year on year growth was 35%.
During the period, Emailvision won 439 new customers worldwide.
Performance was driven by high levels of activity in the commercial teams, with strong contributions from the group’s new subsidiaries in the US, Switzerland, Spain, Holland and in Scandinavia. Growth accelerated throughout the half-year with second quarter revenues increasing 36% vs last year.
Emailvision reinforces its leadership position in the SaaS market for email marketing
Although the growth of the online communication market slowed slightly in the first half, notably for the acquisition e-mail marketing market*, the retention e-mail marketing market continues to attract a growing number of companies.
A strong international market leader, Emailvision continues to have a good visibility of the growth of its activity and of future revenues. At the end of the first-half, the group’s backlog increased to €32.4m, representing a year on year increase of 53%.
Continuing the group’s strategy to gain global market share, Emailvision will continue to invest in the second half of the year in order to meet the strong demand for Emailvision’s retention e-mail marketing technology.
In July 2009, Emailvision launched version 7.2 of Campaign Commander™, its e-mail marketing software service. Much awaited, this new version includes functionalities which improve message deliverability. With no incremental cost, it allows clients to optimise the efficiency of their e-mail marketing campaigns as well as manage the IP reputation of their brand.
