Emailvision appoints two new board members
Pierre Soria and Jean-Claude Martinez join Emailvision’s board of directors
Emailvision’s board of directors is strengthened with the appointment of two new board members – Pierre Soria and Jean-Claude Martinez.
About Pierre Soria – Independent Board Member
Vice President of Salesforce.com since 2004, Pierre has over 20 years’ experience in the software industry. He started his career at Oracle before joining EDS France as Sales Director, then at Acta Technology as Vice President for Southern Europe/ Belgium/Luxembourg. More recently, he was General Manager France at Microstrategy.
Pierre is 45, and has a degree from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Physique/Informatique in Strasbourg.
About Jean-Claude Martinez – representative of Sofinnova Partners
Former CEO of software publisher Esmertec, after having held several senior management positions between 2002 and 2007, Jean-Claude joined Sofinnova Partners in 2008. Prior, he was Vice President Europe and Africa for Bitfone and Openwave.
Jean-Claude has a degree from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce et d’Administration des Entreprises. An independent consultant since 2008, he is a member of advisory boards of telecommunications companies and is on the board of other various technology companies.
Jean-Claude represents Sofinnova Partners, one of the Emailvision group’s principal shareholders.
