Firebrand Training accelerates European growth with Nordic subsidiary

Firebrand Training has opened its doors in Norway, Sweden and Denmark, offering accelerated IT and project management training to professionals across all markets.

The new division will be headed up by Frank Højgaard, former UK managing director of Global Knowledge, and will complement already successful units in the UK and Germany. Højgaard’s recruitment marks the next stage in Firebrand Training’s aggressive growth across the continent.

Højgaard will utilise the hugely successful learning techniques employed by Firebrand Training since its launch in 2001, helping individuals learn vital IT and soft skills in a matter of days rather than weeks.

Winner of IT Training Company of the Year in 2006, 2007 and 2008, Firebrand Training was founded seven years ago by Robert Chapman and Stefano Capaldo as The Training Camp. Expansion into the Nordics marks a year of continued growth in the UK and Germany since Firebrand Training was launched last year. The company has seen unprecedented success, with an annual turnover now on excess of £10M and continues to recruit the best talent in the industry.
