Kofax and its CEO named as finalists for tech America’s high –tech innovation awards

Kofax recognised in the outstanding public company & Reynolds C. Bish in the outstanding CEO categories

Kofax plc (LSE: KFX), the leading provider of intelligent capture and exchange solutions, today announced the company and its chief executive officer have been recognised as finalists in two major categories of the 2009 TechAmerica High-Tech Innovation Awards. Kofax was named as a finalist in the outstanding public company category and Reynolds C. Bish, its chief executive officer, was named as a finalist in the outstanding public company CEO category.

Presented by TechAmerica’s Orange County and Inland Empire councils, the 16^th annual High-Tech Innovation Awards recognise local technology companies, individuals and products in the two regions that drive innovation regionally, nationally and globally. Kofax, which has earned previous TechAmerica honors, including the High-Tech Innovation Award, is headquartered in Irvine, the technology hub of Orange County, CA.

Winners will be announced at the TechAmerica dinner and awards ceremony, which will take place on May 14 at the Hilton Hotel in Costa Mesa, CA.
