Johnson Service Group PLC cleans up payroll and HR with NorthgateArinso

flexibility of service, future proofing and accuracy provide key motives for move to ResourceLink Aurora

Johnson Service Group PLC (JSG), which provides essential support services to UK businesses and consumers in the areas of workwear, laundry services, dry cleaning and facilities management, has signed a five-year contract with NorthgateArinso. The HR software and services company will supply a fully managed payroll and hosted HR solution to 2,500 of JSG’s employees within its textile services division, which comprises of Johnson’s Apparelmaster, Johnson’s Stalbridge Linen Services, and the JSG Plc division.

The company selected NorthgateArinso after a lengthy period of time investigating the business’ true needs, in terms of service provision and scalability for the future.

As a solution that’s hosted online, ResourceLink Aurora is accessible via a web browser and does not require any on-premise footprint, which means it is more scalable – a crucial factor for JSG.
