Loewy selects NorthgateArinso to reduce risk

~ chooses ‘best match’ provider to unify process, reduce risk and make HR green ~

Loewy, the fast-growing marketing group, has selected NorthgateArinso to implement the fully integrated HR and payroll solution ResourceLink, centralising the two functions across the Group for the first time.
All of Loewy’s companies, encompassing 400 employees, will have access to a unified HR and payroll process. Moving to a central function will reduce divisional exposure to risk, as it will have a robust and reliable system in place, as well as experts managing the process. NorthgateArinso will also help Loewy move closer to its environmental objectives – in the future, paper payslips will only be produced if specifically requested as the whole system moves online.
Loewy chose to implement a solution based on NorthgateArinso’s MyView software – part of ResourceLink. It has already been launched to one division, and will roll out to the rest of the company in the next few months. MyView was specifically chosen to help Loewy reduce administration and to use technology to link its divisions, while helping it to go green.
“Using ResourceLink we’re able to manage employee information much more efficiently and effectively, across the whole company,” said Beverley Mallon, Head of HR at Loewy. “As well as enabling us to have a much clearer overview of our employees, the system also provides a unified experience for all staff across the company. Being able to report on employee trends more easily will help us to work as one big company, rather than lots of smaller divisions.”
