One Housing Group makes employees at home with integrated HR

~ invests in future growth with hosted HR and payroll functions ~

One Housing Group, a leading housing provider, has signed a seven-year deal with NorthgateArinso to implement its fully integrated HR and fully managed payroll service, based on the ResourceLink solution. Working with NorthgateArinso will enable the Group to support its business objectives for growth, while becoming an employer of choice and ensuring effective payroll administration.

NorthgateArinso’s ResourceLink will support the Group as a growing business, through the use of web recruitment, self-service modules and reporting, which were key drivers for the organisation. The new features will make the recruitment process faster, allowing HR staff to focus on strategic duties and enabling cost-savings. The reporting function was previously basic, but will now offer better management information and communication between managers and employees, improving efficiency and providing better services to the Group’s workforce.

NorthgateArinso was chosen through the public sector procurement process Catalist, as an accredited supplier. Further modules will be implemented later on this year, such as online payslips, enabling the Group to reduce costs and paper waste.
