Sygic announces compatibility of its Mobile Maps GPS navigation app with Windows Mobile 6.5

Marking the launch of Windows Mobile 6.5 and Windows Marketplace for Mobile, Sygic has enhanced the compatibility of its turn-by-turn voice guided navigation application, Mobile Maps. The software can now be used with the new Windows Mobile platform.

Regions covered include Europe, UK & Ireland, North America (incl. USA, Canada & Mexico), Australia & New Zealand, Brazil and South East Asia (Incl. Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand). Further regions will be announced shortly.
Users who prefer to receive a boxed product can buy the Sygic Mobile Maps for Europe via Expansys’ European network www.expansys.com <http://www.expansys.com>.

Sygic provides full-featured turn-by-turn voice guided GPS navigation for smartphones. In addition to the Windows Mobile range, it also supports further mobile and embedded platforms, including Windows CE, Windows XP/Vista as well as iPhone, Symbian S60 v3, v5 including touch-screen versions, Linux and Google’s Android.
