UC4 Software Reports Record Financial Results for 2009

Intelligent Service Automation Provider Boasts Sales, Customer Growth During Challenging Economic Climate

UC4 Software, a leading provider of workload automation and IT process optimisation solutions, today announced its best ever fiscal year, reporting record revenues and company profitability. The financial results come just three weeks after the company’s acquisition of SENACTIVE, the award-winning leader in complex event-driven business process modelling technology.

UC4 grew sales considerably to more than $65 million globally, and enjoyed a particularly strong performance in mainland Europe where business grew by 15% - all despite a challenging economic backdrop. Profits before tax more than doubled as the company expanded its customer base to more than 1600 blue chip companies by adding 114 new customers during the year.

More customers are turning to UC4 to solve a wide range of data centre automation challenges including rapid application integration, dynamic scheduling, and enterprise-wide automation across physical, virtual environments or cloud computing environments.
