VoiceObjects will be shedding light on how to reduce call centre service costs and improving customer experience at the GSMA Mobile World Congress.

The self-service phone portal provider will showcase at the event from February 11 - 14 in Barcelona. The company will look to demonstrate how call centre operators and mobile carriers can reduce call centre service costs while improving the caller experience.
