PREMIA™ Collaborator enables online quotation and proposal for effective sales process

EDISON, N.J. - September 25, 2007

3i Infotech, a global provider of IT solutions and services, today announced that by implementing myGroupLink, a customized, private label version of PREMIA™ Collaborator – its Web based portal at GroupLink Inc (GLI), it has streamlined the whole quotation/proposal workflow to provide on-the-go access for the company’s brokers. A member of Independence Holding Company (IHC) family of companies, GroupLink is a Third Party Administrator (TPA) and a Managing General Underwriter (MGU), specializing in dental benefits and writing business nationwide.

GroupLink has offered a range of affordable dental and vision insurance plans since 1983 and needed an easier, more efficient way to service its user groups. Quotations were being handled manually, which greatly delayed information exchange. 3i Infotech’s PREMIA™ Collaborator streamlined the quotation process, from start to finish, and made information readily and securely available to GroupLink’s employers and brokers.

With PREMIA‘s robust and scaleable functionality, GroupLink would be able to improve its customer engagement.
