AeroScout Announces Agreement with Hill-Rom to Deliver Healthcare Visibility Solutions to Hospitals Nationwide

Leading Healthcare Technology Providers Join Forces for Integrated Wireless Asset and Patient Tracking

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. - February 26, 2008

AeroScout, Inc., the leading provider of Unified Asset Visibility solutions, today announced that it has been selected by Hill-Rom to provide healthcare visibility solutions to the leading medical technology provider’s extensive network of hospitals. Hill-Rom will integrate AeroScout’s Healthcare Visibility Suite, a comprehensive set of wireless solutions designed to increase visibility of assets and patients within healthcare facilities, into its existing healthcare offerings.

AeroScout’s Healthcare Visibility Suite offers a comprehensive set of wireless solutions to increase visibility of assets and patients within healthcare facilities. The suite includes Asset Management, Equipment Maintenance, Temperature Monitoring, Workflow & Resource Management and Patient & Staff Safety solutions. These applications all utilize a standard Wi-Fi infrastructure, AeroScout’s market-leading Active RFID tags and AeroScout MobileView software to improve patient care, increase staff efficiency, reduce costs and meet regulatory requirements.

In addition to providing channel distribution for AeroScout products, Hill-Rom will integrate AeroScout technology with its own hardware and software applications. In addition, the partnership will leverage the clinical and wireless expertise of the Hill-Rom team to develop advanced uses and applications for the integrated products.
