As a result of implementing Esker DeliveryWare, OTGT is now more versed to sell the technology to its customers as well as demonstrate the technology in action.

Esker DeliveryWare provides a single platform for automating the flow of business transaction documents directly into and out of ERP systems and other enterprise applications, eliminating manual order entry and physical document handling.

With Esker DeliveryWare, OTGT now sends its invoices and purchase orders to customers in any manner the customer prefers i.e. fax, email or postal mail with a click of a button. Prior to the Esker DeliveryWare implementation these tasks were completed manually, including certain data entry tasks. Employees also use the software to notify each other of business transactions. When an invoice or purchase order is delivered, the vendor representative and the salesperson also receive an email notification.
