Global IP Solutions to List on the Oslo Stock Exchange

Company Builds On Momentum with New CEO Appointment of Emerick Woods

San Francisco - June 24, 2008

Global IP Solutions (GIPS), the leading provider of multimedia processing solutions, announced that the Oslo Stock Exchange will admit the company to a listing on Oslo Børs. The first day of trading will be no later than August 1, 2008. The company also announced that Emerick Woods has been appointed chief executive officer. Woods will build on GIPS strengths to create and execute growth strategies that will extend its leadership position into new platforms, new geographies and new markets.

Mr. Woods brings over 30 years of sales, engineering and operational management experience from the telecommunications, Internet, and enterprise software industries. Mr. Woods was previously President and CEO of Aligo Inc., and held similar positions at Trapezo, Inc. and Coherity, Inc., Vicinity and TuneUp.com. He has also held a variety of executive and general management positions at HP, Symantec and Microcom as well as consulting positions at Booz Allen & Hamilton and McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Woods holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Yale University.
