No Guts, No Glory: IPEVO Announces ‘Scar Search’ Contest Winners
Rewards scar stories with communication prize packages
IPEVO, a designer of devices to enhance the Internet experience, today announced the winners of its 1st ‘Scar Search’ contest.
What began as a friendly contest at the GO211 LIVE US Open of Surfing event in Huntington Beach, Calif., quickly became a sensation among action sports enthusiasts. IPEVO knows scars are a rite of passage for athletes, so the company challenged people to tell their interesting stories and show their battle scars for the chance to win a variety of Internet communications products from IPEVO.
From the more than 4,000 thousand people who submitted their sports-related stories, two grand prize winners were selected and will each receive an eePC laptop and IPEVO FR33.2 USB Handset to help them further share their stories.
Six first prize winners will each receive the IPEVO Pointer Cam across several categories including biking, motorcycles, motocross, skateboarding and surfing.
