Kaseya Introduces Global Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Partner Program to Drive Managed Services Industry Growth
Kaseya, the leading global provider of IT systems management software, today unveiled details on its new Kaseya SaaS Partner Program (KSP). Now, qualified candidates can obtain the rights to promote, refer and market Kaseya’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and IT service offerings to their respective channels. The strategy is ideal for trade associations, distributors, hardware manufacturers and independent software vendors looking to add a competitive edge to their portfolio. Inaugural members in the program include ASCII Group, Cloud Services Depot, Ingram Micro, Jamcracker, Lenovo and Virtual Administrator division of Network Depot.
This program offers a pay-as-you go pricing model and rapid deployment that helps IT service companies avoid the hassle and cost of investing in hardware and software while reducing on-site visits and increasing recurring revenue. Kaseya’s SaaS-based solutions are simple, reliable and affordable tools for any IT professional.
The KSP Program includes hosted applications, access to data center experts, an uptime commitment backed by a service level agreement, customized landing pages for branding and a customer portal for billing and support. It also provides complete training on the services so partners and their channels can take full advantage of the investment. The program creates an easy way for companies to participate in the lucrative managed services sector. The ability to shift to proactive IT management creates a model for monthly recurring revenue and high gross margins for the partner and their channels.
Program qualifications for interested partners include a strong customer or service provider community of at least 3,500. Partners should also have additional value-added products and services that compliment Kaseya’s SaaS offerings.
