TeleNav, Inc., the first company to launch a GPS navigation system on cell phones in the U.S., today announced that founder, president and CEO, Dr. HP Jin, has received the TiEcon 2008 Award for 'Most Inspiring Entrepreneur' of the year at TiE's annual conference. TiE selected Jin for this award due to having pushed the boundaries of innovation, quality and overall creativity at TeleNav.
