WorldMate Responds to Airline Industry Flight Cancellations
A recent study based largely on data reported to the US Transportation Department indicated that the US airlines’ operational performance has hit a 20-year low. Stories of more than 1,000 cancelled flights and bumped passengers have plagued the travel industry in recent weeks. More than a quarter of flights arrived late in 2007 for the 16 airlines ranked, and customer complaints are through the roof.
